Guest access

Guests have access to the entire villa. 

Villas are  priced for a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Extra guests may be approved by the homeowner and an extra guest fee of $50/night may be applied. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the rate with your Villa Specialist at time of booking.

Personal Chef, Butler and Masseuse are available at an additional cost.

Wedding Details

Full house rental and 7 night minimum stay required. Prepaid gratuity required. Wedding planner not required but recommended. $15 surcharge per person. Maximum guests: 35

Rate Policies

A 7-night, full-house rate is required for all holiday weeks which include Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Cancellation

In the case of a cancellation of reservation in the Low Season (arrival date is within April 15 to December 14):

• When notification date is more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 20 of the amount paid will be charged.

• When notification date is less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date, all funds paid will be forfeited. 

In the case of a cancellation of a reservation In the High Season arrival date is within December 15 - April 16) or any holiday weeks such as Easter, Thanksgiving Christmas New Year:

• When notification date is more than 120/90 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the amount paid will be charged.

• When notification date is less than 120/90 days prior to scheduled arrival date, all funds paid will be forfeited.  

There will be no refunds granted for no shows, late arrivals or premature departures reduction in number of persons in your party.

Payment Plan Terms

You can pay for part of your reservation now, and the rest later. No additional fees.

Pay part of the total now

Confirm your reservation by paying at least 30% of the total amount.

Pay the rest before check-in

Your original payment method will be charged on the second payment date.

You don’t have to worry, we’ll send a reminder 3 days before the next payment.

By making a booking and choosing to pay a portion of the booking’s Total Fees at the time of booking and pay the remainder of the Total Fee at a later time prior to check-in (“Payment Plan Feature” or “Feature” formerly called the “Pay Less Upfront Feature”), you agree to these Payment Plan Terms of Service (“Payment Plan Terms”), which amend Premium Villas’s Terms of Service (“Premium Villas Terms”) and Payments Terms of Service (“Payments Terms”) and are effective as of the date when you first book and use the Payment Plan feature.

All capitalized terms not defined have the meaning given to them in the Premium Villas Terms and Payments Terms. If there is a conflict between the Premium Villas Terms or Payments Terms and the Payment Plan Terms, the Payment Plan Terms control.

The Payment Plan Feature allows Guests to pay a portion of a booking’s Total Fees at the time of booking and pay the remainder of the Total Fees at a later time prior to check-in. The Payment Plan Feature is available to Guests for eligible bookings when they pay with certain Payment Methods. If your booking is eligible for the Payment Plan Feature, the Premium Villas Site, Application or Services (collectively, the “Premium Villas Platform”) will notify you during checkout.

If you choose to book with the Payment Plan Feature, the Premium Villas will notify you of the amount and schedule of each payment due. On the second payment due date, Premium Villas Payments will automatically charge the original Payment Method you used to make the booking. Gift Cards and credits cannot be used for the second payment. Therefore, to the extent a gift card or credit is used for the initial booking using a Payment Plan, Premium Villas will only charge the gift card or credit up to the first scheduled amount due.

If you make a modification to a booking made with the Feature, you will be notified of the revised payment schedule, as applicable, via the Premium Villas. If the modification increases your Total Fees, you may be required to make an additional partial payment of the new Total Fees at the time of the modification.

You authorize Premium Villas Payments to collect all amounts due from you pursuant to these Payment Plan Terms by charging the Payment Method used to make the booking or otherwise as permitted pursuant to the Payments Terms. You agree that by selecting the Payment Plan Feature, you may not be able to pay for the booking with a different Payment Method or pursuant to a different payment schedule.

If  Premium Villas is unable to collect any payment pursuant to these Payment Plan Terms, you authorize us to cancel the booking on your behalf. If the booking is cancelled, you will be refunded based on the Host’s cancellation policy. You acknowledge that you may incur fees for cancellations pursuant to the Host’s cancellation policy.

You will not be charged any additional fees for using the Payment Plan Feature.
